Frequently Asked About Referral Partner Program.

How long is the cookie window?+
90 days. If someone clicks your link, they have 90 days to enroll for you to get credit. Last-touch attribution: if they later visit through another partner's link, the latest one wins.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly. We tally all confirmed enrollments at the end of each calendar month, subtract any refunds (14-day refund window), and pay the balance within 7 days of month-end. New partners with $0 first month get their first payout the following month once they have qualifying conversions.
What channels can I use?+
Anywhere your audience is. LinkedIn posts, newsletter mentions, YouTube descriptions, podcast read-outs, client conversations, your website. Do not run paid ads using the Sidekick brand without talking to us first.
Can I enroll myself and earn the commission?+
No. Self-referrals do not earn commission. The program is built for partners who bring NEW humans into the training.
What's the Referral Partner Bonus and how do I unlock the 2 free seats?+
Once 2 paid referrals are locked in (past the 14-day refund window), you earn 2 free seats in the AI Content System Training: $1,198 in value, on top of your $299.50 in cash commissions. One seat is yours. The second is yours to gift, whether that's a teammate, a client, a friend who keeps asking you about AI content. We send the seat-credit emails the day the second referral's refund window closes.
If I can't earn commission on myself, how do the free seats work?+
Different mechanic. Commission ($149.75) is cash paid to you for sending NEW humans into the training, so self-referrals are excluded. The Referral Partner Bonus is a thank-you for being a champion: 2 paid referrals unlocks 2 free seats, one of which you can use yourself. You're not paying for your seat with a self-referral; you're earning it by bringing 2 OTHER humans in.
What if the enrollee asks for a refund?+
Refunds happen within 14 days of Week 1 going live. If your referral refunds during that window, no commission is owed. After the refund window closes, the commission is locked in.
Do I have to take the training myself to be a partner?+
Not required, but strongly recommended. You'll be a much better advocate if you understand what you're sending people to. Partners get a 25% off coupon on their own enrollment ($449 instead of $599) — ask us after you're approved.
Can I promote across multiple Sidekick offers?+
This program is specific to the AI Content System Training right now. We're considering expanding to other programs in 2027. Stay tuned.
What happens if my application is declined?+
Rare, but it happens. If your audience or approach isn't a fit, we'll let you know with a kind note. You can reapply later if your situation changes.
