HubSpot Sales: Snippets, Templates, and Sequences, oh my!

June 20, 2023

Over the past several episodes, we've covered a ton of ground — we've talked about workflows, HubSpot Service Hub, campaigns, reporting, World Certification Week, artificial intelligence ... heck, we've even talked about INBOUND, which is coming up this September in Boston!

Every single one of those episodes is a freakin' gem, so I highly recommend you check them out if you missed any of them. However, it's time for us to pay some long overdue attention to one of our favorite teams in the HubSpot and inbound universe — SALES.

Seriously, it's been far too long since we shined a bright spotlight on you HubSpot-using deal closers. So, today, we're digging deep into our three favorite HubSpot Sales Hub tools — snippets, templates, and sequences, oh my!

More specifically, what they are, what they aren't, and (most of all) how they can work for you even if you aren't on the sales team.

Buckle up, folks. This episode is not only super tactical (so, grab those notebooks!), it's also probably one of the most hysterical episodes of the HubHeroes podcast yet!

What we cover in this episode

  • How can teams outside of sales think about (and use) sequences, snippets, and templates?
  • What are sequences, and what are their intended use cases?
  • What are some of the most creative ways we've seen organizations use sequences?
