File Attachment Support in the Tester

Imagine being able to test your AI agent with real-world scenarios. Now you can! HubSpot's added file attachment support directly into the tester's text and email channel composers.

You can now attach files, images, PDFs, videos, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, zip, CSV, and more directly in the tester's text and email channel composers up to 10 megabytes per file. This lets you test how your agent responds to the same types of content your real customers send.

This means you're no longer guessing; you're simulating actual customer interactions, ensuring your agent is ready for anything humans throw its way.

Manage Guidelines Shortcut for Improved Responses

Ever tested a response and thought, "That's not quite the tone I'm going for"? HubSpot's got you covered. When you're testing questions and answers and aren't happy with the tone, response style, or behavior, you can now open the improved response panel and you'll see a "Manage Guidelines" option. Clicking it takes you directly to the guidelines page so you can update your agent's settings, then come right back and retest. It's all about fewer clicks and faster fixes!

Before these changes, you couldn't simulate file-based conversations, and getting from a bad response to the right fix required manually navigating away. These updates close both gaps. This change ensures humans and support teams can seamlessly access all referenced resources without searching through source documents, increasing workflow efficiency and trust. When knowledge vault processes HTML, DOCX, or other supported files, all embedded links are preserved, and during a search, AI assistants and humans receive results that include these embedded hyperlinks. Voicemail Drops for the Power Dialer

For our Sales Hub Enterprise humans, this one's for you! Voicemail drops are now in public beta for the power dialer. This feature allows power dialer humans to automatically leave pre-recorded voicemails during calls, reducing talk time and increasing outreach efficiency.

Reps often spend significant time leaving nearly identical voicemails for prospects. This repetitive task reduces rep productivity and creates inconsistency in messaging. With voicemail drops, you can maintain consistent messaging and save valuable time. It's available now on Sales Hub Enterprise if that's what you're looking for!

Credit Memos Are Here!

Last but certainly not least, HubSpot's introducing comprehensive credit memo functionality. A credit memo is a document a business issues to reduce a customer's amount owed, typically to correct an overcharge, reflect a return, or apply a discount. It acts as an official record of the adjustment and is applied to an invoice or the customer's outstanding balance.

Now, you can:

  • Create credit memos directly from invoices.
  • Apply credits to contact balances.
  • Edit and remove applied credits.
